Pack change problem.
HERE i am going to tell u that i have recharged my account with 300 rs. yesterday.My service was resumed in 2 hours as it was suspended from two monthes.I had starter 2 with hindi movie and star cricket top up.
then i made a call to cc that please change my pack with gold pack.they told me that we are going to activate gold pack for u and please make ur stb on red light but after two hours when nothing happened again i call them and they told that for some technical reason the pack was not activated now we will activate gold pack.
this happened for me for 10 times in last 18 hours.I had called them 15 times from yestertday.but result is nothing. still i am watching old starter 2 with hindi movie and star cricket pack.
Mr. Dish please advise me what i should do????

RE: BIG PROBLEM IN BIGTV.
Well do call when you are near to TV and put your STB on and ask them to activate new Gold Pack. They will do it instant, in case system not do then ask complain number from them and put your STB on stand by, you will get missing channels shorty!

I have done the same.I call them everytime when i was in front of TV.
But they are saying that there is a problem in our system.After today my account will go below to this pack price then i will have to racharge again.so sad experience.

I have also activated Diamond pack day before yesterday & trying to deactivate Hindi Movie plus pack from 2days but only reply from CC....technical problem...

this means wastage of money as I am already paying for Zee Cinema & UTV movies in diamond pack & also have to pay in hindi movie pack for these channels....
