PAY CHANNELS IN CAS AREA

Hi Friend!
Anybody who is living in CAS area and viewing pay channels without STB(Set Top Box)?

This is not at all possible, dude.........! You cant watch any Pay Ch in the CAS area without an STB...!!

Friend!Its possible and its happening in mass level in CAS defined area of India.If we talk in % then the truth is that 62% of Cable & satelite viewers are getting pay channels in CAS area without STB.This is called piracy and this is the major reason of delay in implementation of CAS in India.we viewers are missing clear and gains free quality of entertainment content.

At present CONDITIONAL ACCESS SYSTEM has only been started in south DELHI, south MUMBAI, south KOLKATA,CHENNAI of INDIA country.
In regions of CONDITIONAL ACCESS SYSTEM pay channels can only be viewed through set top boxes provided by cable operators.
One cannot get pay channels without set top boxes. I think no cable operator will show pay channels without set top box in CONDITIONAL ACCESS SYSTEM regions & reduce its image & unnecessary fall into any trouble.
If it is happening then it is completely wrong.
It should be brought to the notice of TRAI so one must mention the name of cable operators showing pay channels without set top box in CONDITIONAL ACCESS SYSTEM regions then only it will be useful.
Without details of cable operators violating the rule this thread serves no purpose at all.

Dear Anant!

You are right.Thats y i posted this thread to know & to get help from respected member of this forum.Members those who are living in South Delhi,South Mumbai,South Kolkata can come forward.Can do piracy reording of pay channerls & localities.These recording will help us in putting pressure on respective MSOs and will work evidence in TDSAT & TRAI. I am looking for your help also.
