Powerful characters in most Zee soaps

I have seen a lot of soaps on Zee TV for quite some time now and there is one common phenomenon I have noticed amongst them all.

They will introduce a REALLY powerful character out of the blue, the character will have all these powerful vibes emanating from him or her and it would seem as if the character is set to finish off anything.

Then... I don't know WHAT happens, either this character loses all his or her power, or simply vanishes! Why does this happen? Can anyone tell me?

No one know except the writer and Zee's shows now going down in TRP and Colors is closing the gap now with them.

and you're right, it happens in all the serials! I don't know why though.
