Prasar Bharti defers black out of defaulting channels
NEW DELH: Softening its stance toward the channels which have not paid up carriage fee for slots on DD's direct-to-home (DTH) service, Prasar Bharati has "temporarily put on hold" its threat to take them off air from August 15.
