Problem with Tatasky STB

I am using tatasky since dec'06 and since then two times my stb has been changed by the company (at extra cost paid) as there was some problem in my stb that it hangs very much as you perform to change channels very frenquently, and now again i am facing this problem what to do, this was the worst thing i can expect worst ever hardware by any company.

I dont know only he needs to answer for that. I really feel now why i gave him some contact numbers. I hope he does not misuse that contact numbers.
This has happend 1.5 months back i think at that point of time he gave him some important contact numbers of TS officials for his problems. If really that problems exists i am 100% sure that his problem would have been sorted out by this time. I wonder is he playing with us as he did in Dish TV threads with multiple ids.

@ajuravi.. you are saying that he has asked same and you helped him there.. but you did not post that here so who knows what is true or not.. if you had replied it here then this thread would have got the feedback from him that time itself ..
