Well any dealers are always happy with any of their products. But the final verdict is always given up by the customers...!!
 And I am sick and tired of blaming Dish TV anymore and so I have stopped trusting Dish TV anymore. I know they will never improve and will not wake up inspite of big bang entries form Big TV and thats the reason for which their market shares have dropped by atleast 10%. Mr.kythunder, you can support Dish TV if that pleases you, but we customers know what it is...!!  In short, I would simply like to copy-paste the comments made by Mr.Dish...!!Well, Mr.kythunder and Mr.worldofdth, may feel that we are against Dish TV for no reasons...!! lets begin the graet chat ............. do you had heard of my mobile magzine its indias no.1 mobiles magzine. in it their is a complaints page in every addition... 9 out of 10 complaints are against nokia not because its a worse product but due to the havy sale the company isnt able to provide a sufficent service to its costumer... same think happens in here dish tv having a big costumer base but not a trained service person availible at every place due to that the serviice issues raises. ruuning out of time will be beck tommorow.

Well if Dish TV has so many customers, then they should have the adequate staff. Just having enough customers cant be the excuse for untrained service person...!!

Now everything is clear and spotless in front of them, but still they dont believe since they are getting paid from Dish TV and so they are loyal to their company...!!!

well the more the number of users.. the more complaint you get........
Anyway I was also Happy Customer of Dishtv till last few days when i took Bigtv.. as It offered and lured me with its packages and channels .. otherwise I did not had any problems with Dishtv in last 5 years..except the addition of Neo Channels but now i know that those channels are really useless and DD 1 is better as I can see the match on it also on Dishtv.........I never had interest for 9x,Ndtv imagine or Bindass as not also I dont watch those channels.I just had two problems in last 5 years for which I used Dishtv.. 1. My Account was charged with MOD when i had not ordered them at all.. but that was rectified by them later on .. 2. My Account was changed to FREEDOM pack when i was using MAXI.. i lost 2 days.. but then Dishtv gave me 2 extra days. These are the only 2 problems I have faced since last 5 years.. Having waited for Sony and Star Channels for long time as there was TRAI ruling that a Channel cannot stop giving signals to DTH operators , but that was to be unless there is 2nd DTH launched.. so once TS Launch was scheduled we got Sony and Star Channels on Dishtv... I was happy with Dishtv as it was the first and only DTH those days when i wanted to take DTH......... So i dont regret to what I have purchased as I have enjoyed it till now and will enjoy it in future if atall I get any problems with Bigtv after one year.. I have no issues with Signal loss as I used to play with my Dish and used to adjust myself.... so i never had to contact dishtv CC for the No Signal issues.. Might be this is where few people got fedup with Dishtv CC............and I blame the Dishtv Dealers for this and also Dishtv CC for not taking the proper care regarding those issues.. Anyway I will rate Dishtv 7/10 as the renewal process of it sometimes if pathethic..
