I'm also a DishTV userf since Nov 2006. I'm not happy with the service of DishTV.

1. They don't give the user preferred channels being a First DTH Entrant
Ex. They din give SUN Package untill Tatasky.
2. As and when they wish they revise the package tariff at their wish and removes the channels for no reasons, even though the competitors gives the same channels in their basic packages.

3. Zee network itself having plenty of channels, but they're not ready to give it to the users at a comopetitive tariff.

4.During Rain, DishTV Doesn't works atll

5. DishTV Customer care is good for nothing. They are arrogant to the extent that one time one of the customer care executive shouted, "if not interested terminate the Connect and collect your Rs.400/- V.C Card Charge".

6. Many times if you subscribe to any of the MOD, you will see hell a lot of errors in their billing. they even charge you for the movies which you have not subscribed also.

7. Rural customers doesn't have option to interact with Customer Care in their language other than English/Hindi. Even though few months back they launched regional customer care centers, in reality they;ve not hired the regional language staff. so its for no use.

Customer care is Pathetic. Their delears are always tring ways to extract money from their customers.

chudiyanan na jab baaz ladawan tehun dishtv da dealer kahawan... its easy for you to tell drawbeck of dishtv but do any one remember that day when they were watching tv without dish tv... dish tv is slow in adding new programs but they add it when they think its needed they dont want to west the money on "coulurs" for just "big boossss"'

Even TS is not have many channels like Zee sports, Zee telugu, Zee Smile, Zee Music etc.......... So even they are not good in adding channels.. they just add the new channels and move it to ADD ON pack.. but dishtv atleast adds and give it for Free ..Even in Bigtv there are few channels missing but we can see them in the Testing list.. So .. it is early to say anything on Bigtv as we dont know when they will make them available for us to view .

I Can agree on the part that Their Service is Poor....... Right from the CC / Dishtv Management to the Dealers..


Once a new channel is added on Dishtv we might see some differences in opinions.. and that is common..

Well people wants Neo Channels to test in past but they not added and we missed it now Aussi matches will only Neo Cricket and Goverment rules cleary mention that each brodcatser share ODI and T20 feed to DD as national importance that means Dish TV users will miss Aussi series.

Dish Tv need to think about it.
