Renewal - Credit Card Error

I am trying to make a renewal payment - using my credit card - I get the following error
[size=large]Server Error in '/subaccess' Application.
There is no row at position 0.

- only payment on ITZ card uis possible

The above error comes when I have to verify my details

Well make sure whether your payment is received by Dish TV or not, otherwise you may be paying additional amount to Dish TV.

Better call Dish TV CC and ask whether they have received any payment. Also I advice you to pay by ITZ cash card in the future.

The problem is that I am not in INDIA - and have no way to get the ITZ cards - what am I to do?
PLZ help
