Dear sir Dish,

I have dish tv past one year. now my problems in dish tv is i paid my subscription and they say it not paid. to whom i buy to them only i pay usually now the dish tv is not paid and also they changed my package to dish maxi to dish freedom. i buyed dish maxi and paid for dish maxi. now when i see in http://www.dishtvindia.in in their website in account details it shows dish freedom. also i need dishtv general manager email to contact about this.

Dear phmaideen........... It is just showing that you paid 350rs last month i.e. on 9.6.08... so it was over.. to whom u paid money.. they just paid 350rs and not 1050rs as per the receipt they gave u.. go and blast at them..

Dear phmaideen........... It is just showing that you paid 350rs last month i.e. on 9.6.08... so it was over.. to whom u paid money.. they just paid 350rs and not 1050rs as per the receipt they gave u.. go and blast at them..

To them only i buyed dish tv, at first i paid 6 month subsciption and after that when renewal time comes i give them money and they do the renewal and it get renewed. but this month only the problem come. even they contacted dish tv but not a proper response given from them. so what to do?

Last payment received on 09-06-08 rs.350 only. Transaction Id for that payment -UR-09/06/08IG-22537447.
visit to that dealer ask him abt payment refund.

yes sir,,, you paid in march 1050.. and that was renewed completed.. but the money u paid on 9th june 08 was 1050.. but that person to whom u paid he paid just 350rs..

hmm.. again ... We already told you that to whom u paid money they did not pay for 3 months.. they just paid 350rs which is for one month only.. and that is why your account is now in Freedom as the date expired on 12july..

Now even yesterday we told u to go and ask them to whom u paid money.. they have not paid 1050rs.. they just paid 350rs...

the pblm is cleared by the way. but i cannot find where the problem is. even though i checked my statement in dishtv site the statement is not clear.
