SD must tak some serious steps

Customers r unhappy after increasing price from rs 75 to rs 99 without adding any channels(mainly south customers)

they must tak some serious steps to increase customer base

1.SD must include zee telugu under telugu base pack & also provide SVBC,n tv,bhakthi tv,situra,maa music
2.SD must include isaiaruvi,sripoli,raj plus,zee tamil under tamil base pack
3.SD must include zee kanada under kanada base pack & must add raj kannada,kausturi channel
4.SD must include sholon tv & other malayalee channels under kerala base pack
SD ladgging:
though SD made agreement with Fox network for providing other fox network channels lik Nat geo music,nat geo adventure,nat geo wild & nat geo HD (they got downlink permission for india last week from I&B)......SD not able to add bcos they do not hav TP space...SD must reduce addon cost

when isro going to provide 2 TPs to SD?????

Guys we have to do anything to add channels tro this forum...

Yes, we need more south channels from SD. JAYA MAX should be added to tamil basic pack with those above channels.

Yes, they must add those channels. Actually i enquired with the customer care. they said there was some unofficial communication to them for addition of 15 more channels in another 4 to 5 days. but they dont know the exact time when we can see those channels. but they are sure that isaiarvi will be added soon. That is why sahara filmy also still show as scrambled. It will be released at a time with other 15 channels i hope. Lets wait for some more time(atleast for a week).

How can they add another 15 channels? In this short span of time!(in just 4 to 5 day's)...there is no transponder space in sun direct to add atleast 2 channel right now!!,..its only possible to add this 15 channels...,if they get more tp's from isro in just couple of day's...if they want to add in 4 to 5 days...(but it's highly impossible)...,

I have been using SD Direct from Nov 2008

This is what my experience is

1.Horrible Customer Service
2.Toll free number is down everytime
3.No channels are being added, but SD specializes in removing channels
4.Channels like Kairali people, Jeevan Tv & Shalom TV was removed ,suprisingly Mallu viewers did not react
5.High addon package rate
6.I see Chirithira on the channels list, but when i called CC to subscribe it,they said that the channels is scrapped, then why is it in channels list
7.No Movie on demand facilities
8.Software update S*** as i have not seen any change on screen
9.They increased the Base amounts, what does Sun Direct thinks that they are giving all pay channels in the Base pack
10.Exisiting Base pack channels list is horrible

Yes SunDirect should add some good channels on the base pack and should increase the base pack cost.But without adding any new channels they have increased the price.It sucks.They should add Isaiaruvi,JayaMax,Raj Digital Plus for Tamil Viewers and other language channels for their respective freedom packages.SO that everybody will be happy in paying little more money,becoz they have added the channels.But without adding any channels,how come they are increasing the base pack cost?I don't think there is any sense in this.Surely SunDirect will lose more customers:bang::bang::bang::bang:

SD people gone mad. One need to file a case against them. upto 30th of June they advertised that the basic pack is just Rs.75. But now with out any information they have increased the basic pack. I think many customers of SD dont know about it. Because many bought it in rural areas where many people dont see the website and they cant get any info about the price hike.

Mean while yesterday i called CC and asked him when Isaiaruvi will be added he told me that it will be added in this month. I asked him the date but asusual he told me that "They dont kow exact date about it":bang::bang:. The CC guy told me that they r going to add Jaya Max, Win Tv etc;. One thing surprised me is that he told me that they r going to add Comedy thirai:firing::hammer:. I know that Sun people scrapped all the commedy channels.
