Please help me to sort out the problems I'm facing with Tata sky STB which is described below:


Description of the problem:I'm getting a message "DVB SSU MMIV LOADER.  New Software being downloaded.  Do not switch off your Digibox...... 0% completed".  If we keep waiting for update to finish it still show 0% completed and show the home page which allow me to go the subscribed channel but this will last only few almost 1 mnt duration and then again go back to the software update mode.  This action is repeating every now and then.  I tried completely switch off the digicomp and switching on again.  Still the same problem.
1. Also I added Ten sports to my package early morning today.  I have conifrmation message in my STB about the addition of the package.  BUt still I'm not able get the channel.

Hope you can help me in sort out this problem.

Hai Gays,

I had the same problem since last 4 days; yesterday evening i solved this problem now its working fine;

I just called the technician since he was the one fixed the Dish antanna earlier. He told me to bring the Digibox to his shop; I dont know what he did; I hope he might did software download somewhere, but he charged me AED 100/-.

Please note that NOT only for me they were nealy 15 TS digibox found with same prob. today.

I am residing in Abu Dhabi - UAE @ Old Passport Road. If any one wanna that Technician Contact Details let me know.

Interesting...... This is the same person who installed my dish. Any way, I'm in India now and have taken the digicomp with me. I will update the software and will bring it back.

- Description of the problem: I have a multiroom subscription with 2 STB's but the problem is when we switch off first STB other STB also shows signal unavailable message. I have been facing the problem since August 2008.

Well it means something wrong in your connection. So better you call them in Call centers so they will solve your problems faster.Smile

Try using Dual LNB near the Dish.. then you wont face this problems.. I think right now you are using just single LNB and connected to other STB via loopout.. right?
