Yes 9XM is the best. Coming back to point, Star Utsav is indeed most watched on DDD+...!!
Some dreams do come true and one of my major dreams is to see most of the International chs in India . . . |

According to me Star Utsav mainly shows programmes which have been already shown on Star plus. So i do not understand how Star Utsav can be in NO.2 position.
