Sun TV channels

Hi, been getting none of the Sun TV channels - Sun TV, Sun News or Sun Music the last 10 days or so.

Even while I am subscribed, it keeps giving me a message to call the toll free number.

Is anyone else having similar problems?

Well looks like another silly problem caused by Dish TV to its customers.

Just tell when your subscription is ending.

What is your basic language zone? and when did u last renew your subscription and by how much ?

The package is valid till mar 09 - was paid in Oct 07. Was working fine till around a week back. The language option is Tam/Malayalam.

Just make call them and do tell them that your channels are blocked. They will reopen it.

Well I have never heard two year subscription paid at once. How come you paid in Oct 2007 and your next FT date is in March 2009?

Well I think there is somthing wrong as Dish Tv have 1 year system.
Can you share some information on it?

Yes you are right might his package have some problems.

They checked the STV / VC information and the plan information seems to be ok. They have asked me to leave it in channel 561 for 4-24 hours - and supposedly, the channels information will be corrected automatically!!

Quite confused about the solution but trying it now..
