Tata Sky plus customer service at its best

I was really surprised with the speed at which tata sky plus got installed at my place. I had done my research on this new PVR and had decided to go with it instead of waiting for my dish tv PVR. Yeah i like to adopt early and try out new stuff. So i ordered for tata sky plus (it was morning). Approx after 2 hours i got a call saying we have to install the machine, the device and the tata sky engineer were at my house by evening 5 pm. I never expected such a quick service from the dealer, and i must say that these guys work at a jet speed. No doubt Tata Sky is well knwn for its customer service!!

its a service industry and one has provide such high quality service. Just a small query assuming you have already used tata sky plus...To what extent you can rewind in tata sky plus?

TS is always good with the customer service.
I wud rate TS as the best in terms of Customer Service
But they shud revise thier packaging sys which is pathethic

Yeah! I agree with Mr.cjignesh. I would also rate for TATA Sky in the field of CC in the Indian DTH platform.

in tata sky plus you can rewind from where you have started watching that particular channel.. so if you are watchin a match for 15 mins and if your friend comes in & you want to show him the wicket which he just missed, you can rewind upto 15 mins... i just did that for my friend

M happy with their CC service too .. no issues as yet.. M currently using TS and planning to get TS+ as well..

Well, I suggest you to buy TATA Sky+ as soon as possible as there is a lifetime waiver offer. TATA Sky+ has an usage fee of Rs. 50 per month. If you buy now, then the usage fee will be waived from you for lifetime.
