what do u mean by scrambled? not getting the channel...or its just a black picture..? i think in test 19 they are telecasting dd india.

its not scrambled just change its video and audio code by going into program setup
you will get dd india. its just a problem made by the officials |

TEST 17 ACTIVE NOW BECASE IN TEST 17 WE WATCH DD URDU NOW THEY TELECAST DD BHARTI SO I THING THESE THURSDAY ONE MORE NEW CHANNELS COMMING IN DD DIRECT PLUS.
