Yes, now TP 11686 V 4000 also empty. But, this is a very small TP. It can take 4 to 5 channels only.

But, I thing they will increase the frequency of this TP soon. Then they can add more channels or they may remove it totally.

@ praba,

Do you have the SD HD?

If you have SD HD STB only, you will get the signal from TP 12603 H 28000. On other STB, you will get no signal message. So, first you must get the SD HD STB.
