The irritating "Active" bar
Hello,
Can someone please tell me how to disable the irritating blue "Active" bar which keeps flashing on the left-side of the screen frequently? Thanks, Anees |

You cannot do anything with the "Active Bar". Unfortunately, we all have to bear with it..!

Well, that's bad. Sometimes we have to deal with so much crap on the TV screen, you know... the channel logo, the Dish TV logo, the Active Bar, and then there's this Card number that keeps flashing every now and then. The channel logo and the Dish TV logo are fine and I'm not complaining about them. But, I'd like to get rid of the Active Bar. Call me a person with inferiority complex, but it IS irritating! How can I contact a higher authority at Dish TV regarding this? The call center folks are absolutely useles. Thanks!

If u live in Noida, then u can go straight to the Main office and speak to the head officials or writing email to customercare@dishtv.in is the other option.. But one thing is sure , they won't remove that active bar .... |
