Even as the accolades keep coming, Tisca is now excited about her next project, which is Nandita Das’s first directorial venture. “It has a fabulous bunch of actors and a great script,” she says. “I have an amazing role, which is very different from TZP and I love Nandita. She is a real cutie-pie and I’m very proud that she is directing a movie.
I am planning to teach at Subhash Ghai’s acting academy, Whistling Woods. Naseer sir (Shah) has put a few of us up there. So life is good and I’m taking it as it comes,” she ends on that note. This is Tisca Chopra’s second coming – and she’s making the best of it. That’s what true achievers are all about. |
