TV5 MONDE - please help (Mr. Dish)

I recently paid my 6 month subscription and the message I got on my dish tv space that the next renewal date is 13th march. Yesterday I got a new message saying that my next renewal date is 21st feb.
One more thing, I am getting TV5 MONDE which I never opted for. I also checked on the site and there also it shows in the existing packages but I never opted for it.

Can anyone tell me, what to do in this case. To make the situation worst, I am outside India

Dear kunalujjain, If you are a DISH MAXI Customer you will get TV5 MONDE without any fee up to the next renewal date.

Whether you have opted this or not you will get this channel for 6 months as you have renewed your subscription half yearly and after expiry of next renewal date, you have to opt for this channel if you are willing to view this channel for the cost will be Rs. 150/- per month for this channel only.

Channel will be there for next renewal date.

Also told me which is exact date of your renewal time. If you have problems with dates than just informed it to Dish TV CC by call.

Even your problem is not solved than use our customeR care line which is sticky in forum.
