Is it possible to view Dialog TV in India? I am ready to pay those amount since they have good international Channels.

Yes you can view Dialog in the entire subcontinent. But you need to get a connection illegally through a Sri Lankan. There are no authorised dealers in India. And also downlinking of some international channels may be illegal if they are not authorised by the TRAI.

Actually Dialog won't mind wherever you watch it as long as they get the money. Unless they can get more money by sueing...

Well non of HBO Channels are permitted in India except HBO India. I hope HBO will bring some channels in India. One movie channel is comming in next 1-2 phone in India.

Well yes Dialog TV has a host of good and exclusive International chs which India has never seen or heard before. I really want those HBO chs to come in India..!!

And agreed to you Mr.Dish and even I really dont mind to shell out those extra bucks to get those chs. I really need Dialog TV here in Kolkata. Anyone interested, can approach me...!!

Yesterday my friends have received Tv lanka & 4 Fm's (ST 1) in Insat 4B.
at that sametime ST is not operated.
So a good news for Insat 4B viewers.

It is come Kalaignar TV Frequency 11574/v/27500.

UPDATE

MPEG-4 broadcasting of the HBO channels and STAR Movies will commence on the 15th of September 2008. New premium channels such as Baby TV, Channel NewsAsia and E! Entertainment TV will commence sometime in the end of September 2008.

Letters being sent on 30th of August and after have been altered to show these dates. Lets hope that every premium subscriber will have the new decoder before the 15th.

I hope that Dialog introduces more entertainment channels like Fox Crime, FX, Universal Channel and Sci Fi. E! is ok but after a while you lose interest. Unless you are too much into hollywood gossip.

Well Fox is apply in India for their 6 channels which should be get permission by this month. So they would also offer channels in South Asia too.

Well that means Dialog will probably wait and get the ad-ridden cheap Indian feed, whenever Fox starts in India. That is if Fox allows ads to broadcast on their channels in India.
