I was wondering if Videocon would manufacture their DTH in India
Since they're an electronics company, they might take a step ahead and make their own STBs in India, what do you think people? That would really cut a lot of their costs down enabling them to give more channels

Ya that would be a good idea. I also heard (from his forum) that Videocon TVs would have in-built STBs so costs would further reduce there. Lets see, Videocon is my last hope to get a good package of chs at low cost...!

Yes even they have some models in market which have in built STB and users can watch DD Direct+ without any STB.
