WHATS UR EXPECTATIONS FROM VIDEOCON DTH

After lots of descussions on DISH TV, TATA SKY, SUN DTH, BIG TV
Now Videocon's D2H services going to launch this year.
Whats your expectation from VIDEOCON ?
What do u think abt their future plans and services ?

I have not used Videocon Products.So I have no idea about their services.Let us hope that it launches soon.

They may want to carry all the channels present in Dish TV, TS, Big TV.So they may delay the launch.

MY EXPECTTATION FROM VIDEOCON DTH IS THAT ALL PAY & FREE CHANNELS OF ONE PARTICULAR NETWORK (ZEE, STAR, SONY) SHOULD BE MADE AVAILABLE. LIKE - TATA SKY REMOVED 13 PAY CHANNELS OF ZEE & TILL NOW HAVE NOT ADDED THOSE CHANNELS ON THEIR NETWORK. THAT IS MY MAIN REASON OF DISSATISFACTION WITH TATA SKY DTH. WITHOUT PAY & FREE CHANNELS OF ONE PARTICULAR NETWORK (ZEE, STAR, SONY) A DTH IS NOT COMPLETE, USELESS & NOT WORTH IT.
SO TRAI SHOULD INSURE THAT ALL PAY & FREE CHANNELS OF ONE PARTICULAR NETWORK (ZEE, STAR, SONY) SHOULD BE MADE AVAILABLE ON A PARTICULAR DIRECT TO HOME SYSTEM. THEN ONLY A DTH CAN HAVE MORE CHANNELS.

They surely provide great services afar i think. My expectations is Videocon may come up with HD rather than SD video transmission.

IT WOULD BE HARD BECAUSE VIDEOCON DTH DOESNOT HAVE THIER OWN SET OF CHANNELS.RELIANCE IS RELEASING THIER DISH WITH THIER OWN SET OF AROUND 20 CHANNELS.AND THE COST OF VIDEOCON WILL BE HIGH COMPARED TO OTHER PROVIDERS...

Airtel doesn't have. Reliance doesn't have. They all have plans so is Videocon.

WELL VIDEOCON AS I KNOW IS THE MOST LEATHEL BRAND IN ELECTRONICS IN INDIA. SO WE CAN HAVE A GREAT EXPEACTIONS FROM THEM.. MAY BE MORE NO. OF CHANELLS AT A LOWER COST.

VIDEOCON IS THE INDIAN MULTINATIONAL SO DONT GET TAKEN AWAY BY THAT , THAT THEY ARE NOT HAVING OWN CHANNELLS MR.DHOOT CAN PURCHASE ANY CHANNELS RIGHT ANY TIME IN INDIA OR ABROAD.

I am also agree with you. Videocon is indian multinational. And Mr.Dhoot can do anything for their Brand name.
